Los generadores de Imágenes Sintéticas se encuentran muy alejados del paradigma del artista que habitó la Era del Arte (Winckelman, 1764 - Quiebra de Lehman Brothers, 2008). Los nuevos creadores de imágenes no trabajan en función de ningún compromiso; ni con la sociedad, ni con su tiempo, ni con un ideal, ni con una verdad, ni con el arte, ni con la técnica, y por su puesto la Historia se la trae al pairo a todos ellos. Nada sagrado, nada metafísico, nada comprometido. Todo es para ellos desenfadado y efímero. Y es precisamente ese "desenfado" lo que les sitúa en una posición privilegiada que les libra de los prejuicios. Que les libra: que los libera. Los generadores de IS se atreven con un tipo de imágenes que la Modernidad proscribió durante su tiránico ejercicio, y por eso "pintan" imágenes extremadamente figurativas mezclando todos los referentes que les apetece. Mezclando por ejemplo la idea de un busto antiguo con la idea de lo inexistente -un alienígena; combinando de esta forma la idea de belleza con la idea de inverosímil.
